At Shopiro, we take the safety and security of our community seriously. As a result, in rare cases, we may place restrictions on user accounts if we believe they pose a financial or legal risk to our platform or community.

These restrictions may be complete, preventing the user from having an account on Shopiro, or partial, such as being unable to publish listings or purchase items on the platform. These restrictions may be short-term, long-term, or indefinite.

Please note that we do not make the decision to place restrictions on our users lightly and all restrictions are put in place by a human with in-depth training in the matter. In some cases, the decision can be disputed, and in others, it cannot.

If a user had open orders when they received a buying restriction, they can still view their orders and communicate with sellers. If a user received a selling restriction, orders that were not yet shipped may be cancelled, and their selling balance payouts will be put on hold. If we are legally able to or required to, we will release the payouts to the seller in a lump sum or a distributed payment plan.

If you believe your account has been restricted in error, please contact our customer service team through the live-chat feature available 24/7. They will be able to assist you with your case and provide more information on the restriction.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work to maintain a safe and secure community for all of our users.
