When shopping on Shopiro, buyers expect to receive their purchased items in a timely manner and as described by the seller. However, in some rare cases, sellers may refuse to ship the item to the buyer for various reasons.

If a seller refuses to ship an item to a buyer, the buyer has a few options:

Contact the seller:The first step is to reach out to the seller and try to understand the reason for their refusal to ship the item. In some cases, there may be a misunderstanding or a mistake that can be easily resolved.

Request a refund:If the seller is unwilling or unable to ship the item, the buyer can request a refund for the purchase. Shopiro's refund policy may vary depending on the seller's policy, but in most cases, the buyer will receive a full refund for the purchase.

Report the seller:If the buyer believes that the seller's refusal to ship is unjustified or a breach of the seller's obligations, the buyer can report the seller to Shopiro's customer service. Our team will investigate the case and take appropriate action against the seller.

It's important to note that Shopiro reserves the right to restrict sellers from using our platform if they are found to be in violation of our policies and terms of service, including but not limited to refusal to ship.

We understand that receiving your purchased items is important, and we will do our best to help you with your request.
