As a buyer on Shopiro, it is important to know what to do if a seller contacts you asking for additional payment after you have made a purchase.

Sellers are not allowed to ask for additional payment after a purchase for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a seller may say that the shipping cost is higher than expected, limited available quantity or discount has ended.

If a seller contacts you asking for additional payment, the proper action for the seller is to inform the buyer that there is a problem with the order and request an order cancellation through the cancellation page or reach out to customer service.

If the seller requested additional payment using the messaging system, it is important to contact Shopiro's customer service team as soon as possible. You can provide a screenshot of the conversation with the seller so that the customer service agent can take appropriate action against the seller and potentially cancel the order.

Please keep in mind that any additional payment requested by the seller outside of the platform, such as through a different website or in cash, is not protected by Shopiro's buyer protection policies and may put your payment at risk.

It is always recommended to check the product and shipping cost before making the purchase, and if there is any doubt or discrepancy, reach out to the seller or customer service before making the purchase.

Shopiro's customer service is available 24/7 through live-chat to help you with any issues or questions you may have.
